• Vagus Travel Advisors — Travel, tourism, destination management, aviation, cruise, hospitality, and global mobility consulting. 
• Vagus Services — Recruitment, manpower consulting, staffing solutions, business advisory, and professional placement services. 

By accessing our website, using our services, submitting inquiries, signing agreements, making payments, or engaging with any division of VAGUS Group, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

“Company” refers to VAGUS Group and all affiliated brands, subsidiaries, employees, consultants, and authorized representatives.

“Client” refers to any individual, business entity, organization, traveler, job seeker, employer, supplier, or partner engaging our services.

“Services” include but are not limited to:

• Travel consulting 
• Tourism business advisory 
• Corporate travel planning 
• Visa assistance guidance 
• Recruitment services 
• Job placement assistance 
• Training and consulting 
• Market research 
• Business strategy consulting 

VAGUS Group provides advisory, consulting, facilitation, coordination, and professional support services.

The Company reserves the right to:

• Accept or decline any engagement 
• Modify service offerings 
• Update pricing 
• Refuse service where compliance concerns exist 
• Suspend services pending documentation or payment 

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information 
• Submit genuine documentation 
• Meet agreed deadlines 
• Comply with applicable laws and immigration regulations 
• Respond promptly to requests for information 

Any inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate termination of services.

All fees communicated by the Company are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Clients agree that:

• Payments made are subject to the agreed engagement terms. 
• Work may begin only after receipt of applicable advance payment. 
• Delayed payments may result in suspension of services. 
• Banking charges, currency conversion charges, and international transfer fees are the responsibility of the client. 

Unless explicitly stated in writing, consulting fees are non-refundable after work has commenced.

(Applicable to Vagus Travel Advisors)

The Company may assist with:

• Itinerary planning 
• Supplier coordination 
• Airline and hospitality advisory 
• Cruise and destination recommendations 
• Visa guidance 

However:

• The Company does not guarantee visa approval. 
• Flight schedules, hotel availability, immigration policies, and supplier conditions may change without notice. 
• Final travel decisions remain the client’s responsibility. 

The Company is not liable for:

• Airline cancellations 
• Border restrictions 
• Force majeure events 
• Political unrest 
• Natural disasters 
• Supplier defaults 

(Applicable to Vagus Services)

The Company may provide:

• Candidate sourcing 
• Resume consultation 
• Employer introductions 
• Interview preparation 
• Placement coordination 

The Company does not guarantee:

• Employment offers 
• Salary outcomes 
• Visa approvals 
• Immigration clearances 
• Employer selection decisions 

Job seekers must independently verify employment contracts before acceptance.

Employers remain solely responsible for hiring decisions.

All business plans, client data, strategies, resumes, proprietary documents, pricing, and communications shall be treated as confidential.

Neither party shall disclose confidential information without written consent unless required by law.

All content including:

• Branding 
• Logos 
• Website content 
• Reports 
• Consulting frameworks 
• Training materials 
• Presentations 

remain the intellectual property of VAGUS Group unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

The Company may coordinate with third-party providers including:

• Airlines 
• Hotels 
• Recruitment partners 
• Immigration advisors 
• Technology vendors 

The Company is not responsible for third-party failures, pricing changes, service interruptions, or contractual disputes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAGUS Group shall not be liable for:

• Indirect losses 
• Loss of profits 
• Business interruption 
• Missed opportunities 
• Travel disruptions 
• Employment decisions by third parties 

The Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid by the client for the specific service.

The Company reserves the right to terminate services if:

• Payment obligations are unmet 
• Fraudulent documentation is submitted 
• Misconduct occurs 
• Legal or regulatory risks arise 

Clients may terminate engagements in writing, subject to applicable cancellation charges.

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by:

• Natural disasters 
• Pandemics 
• Government restrictions 
• Political instability 
• Cyber incidents 
• Transportation disruptions 

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.

By submitting inquiries through our website, email, WhatsApp, social media, or digital platforms, clients consent to receive business communications from VAGUS Group.

VAGUS Group reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
