Final hiring decisions are made solely by employers.

All content, branding, logos, and materials associated with Vagus Enterprises are the property of the company and may not be:

• Copied 
• Reproduced 
• Distributed
  without prior written permission. 

Vagus Enterprises shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses 
• Loss of employment opportunities 
• Third-party actions or employer decisions 
• Delays caused by external factors 

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, if applicable.

We may work with third-party employers, agencies, or service providers. We are not responsible for:

• Their actions 
• Their policies 
• Their decisions or service quality 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
